All councillors are hereby summoned to participate in the Parish Council meeting on the 20th of July 2026 at 18:30hrs.

Notes:

  1. Agenda papers will be available on the Fovant Village website and on the noticeboard at the Village Hall.
  2. The chair will confirm if any part of the meeting may not be filmed, photographed or audio recorded. If any member of the public has an objection to such a recording, please would they make this clear to the chair or the clerk before the start of the meeting.

A brief period will be set aside prior to the start of the meeting for questions or statements from members of the public on any matter concerning the civil parish, each person speaking for no longer than three minutes.

Please note that any question requiring an answer that needs to be researched will be noted and included in the agenda for the following meeting. Statements will be noted in the meeting, but no discussion will take place unless the topic is on the agenda.

This council is committed to community engagement and warmly invites members of the public to contribute during this part of the meeting. Members of the public should note that the council is only able to make decisions on topics that are on the agenda, however if a question or statement requires research, the outcomes will form part of the agenda for the next meeting.  We allocate three minutes to each speaker with a total of 15 minutes allocated for the whole meeting. Please note that interruptions during the remainder of the meeting are not permitted. The chair will advise whether permission to film or record the meeting has been agreed.
