Electrical Outage
In the event of a power cut, or any power related emergency, please give us a call. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 0800 404090 or call 105 to report a power cut. This connects you to your local distribution network operator.
If you are hard of hearing or deaf, dial 18001 followed by the rest of our number and a Text Relay Operator will join the call.

To report a gas or carbon monoxide emergency, or if a pipeline is struck (even if no gas leak has occurred) call the National Gas Emergency Service.
